Homeowners insurance provides financial protection against disasters. A standard policy insures the home itself and the things you keep in it. All policies are subject to conditions and exclusions of the policy purchased and options and endorsements applicable. An inspection is required on homes over 5 years old.  Flood and Earthquake are not covered perils under standard insurance policies. Flood Coverage can be purchased through our independent agents or through the federal government (FEMA) at  www.floodsmart.gov

Homeowners Form B (HO-B) Maximum limit is $1,000,000

  1. Replacement Cost on Dwelling and the broadest coverage of perils we offer subject to conditions and exclusions.
  2. Coverage for your personal belongings and contents on an actual cash value basis. Replacement cost can be purchased for contents.
  3. Legal Liability protection for Bodily Injury and/or Property Damage to others, subject to policy limitations.
  4. Additional living expenses if you are temporarily unable to live in your home because of a fire or other insured peril.
  5. This policy is subject to our Home Inspection Agreement.

Homeowners Form A with a Plus Endorsement (HO-A+) Maximum limit is $1,000,000

The Plus endorsement adds replacement cost on dwelling along with additional specific named perils subject to conditions and exclusions. ARI HOA 42 RCLS and  ARI HOA 42 APC covers perils of Fire or Lightning, Windstorm, Hurricane & Hail, Explosion, Riot or Civil Commotion, Aircraft & Vehicles, or Sudden & Accidental Damage from Smoke, Vandalism or Malicious Mischief, andTheft,  Sudden and Accidental Discharge of Water or Steam (up to Policy Limits), Falling Trees or Limbs, Objects Falling from Weight of Ice, Snow or Sleet, and Collapse of Building.

Coverage for your personal belongings on an actual cash value basis. Replacement cost can be purchased for contents.

Legal Liability protection for Bodily Injury or Property Damage to others, subject to policy limitations.

Additional living expenses if you are temporarily unable to live in your home because of an insured peril.

This policy is subject to our Home Inspection Agreement.
